Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or participating in VCCI Expo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or participate in our events.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
"VCCI Expo"
Refers to the exhibition platform, event organizers, websites, applications and associated services.
"Users"
Any individual or organization accessing or using VCCI Expo services.
"Exhibitor"
Any business or organization displaying products, services, or promotional materials at the event.
"Attendee"
Any registered visitor participating in the event.
"Platform"
Includes websites, registration systems, event portals, networking tools and related digital services.
Eligibility
To participate in VCCI Expo, users must:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Have authority to act on behalf of an organization where applicable
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Meet event-specific eligibility requirements
VCCI Expo reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel registrations that violate these conditions.
Registration & Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting login credentials
- Keeping registration details updated
- Ensuring authorized use of their accounts
Any activity occurring under a registered account remains the responsibility of the account holder.
Event Registration
Registration for events is subject to:
- Availability
- Verification requirements
- Event capacity limits
- Organizer approval where applicable
Submission of a registration request does not guarantee acceptance until confirmation has been issued by VCCI Expo.
Exhibitor Participation
Exhibitors agree to:
- Provide accurate company information
- Comply with booth and exhibition guidelines
- Respect venue regulations
- Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws
- Avoid misleading or false promotional claims
VCCI Expo reserves the right to remove displays, materials, or activities deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
Sponsorship Participation
Sponsors must ensure:

- Marketing content is lawful and accurate
- Promotional activities align with event objectives
Sponsorship benefits are governed by the agreed sponsorship package.
Payment Terms
Where fees apply:
- Payments must be completed by stated deadlines
- Applicable taxes may be added where required
- Payment processing may be handled by authorized third-party providers
- Access may be restricted until payment obligations are fulfilled
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or participation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on:

- Event-specific policies
Approved refunds will be processed according to applicable payment procedures and timelines.
Certain fees may be non-refundable.
Event Changes

- Reschedule events
- Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes promptly.
Code of Conduct

The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment

- Threatening conduct
- Disruptive activities
- Unauthorized solicitation
- Misuse of event facilities
- Offensive or unlawful behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content associated with VCCI Expo, including:
- Branding
- Logos
- Event Materials
- Graphics
- Presentations
- Website Content
- Marketing Assets
remains the property of VCCI Expo or respective rights holders.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without authorization.
User Content
Users may submit content such as:
- Company Profiles
- Marketing Materials
- Business Information
- Event Applications
- Networking Content
By submitting content, users confirm they possess the necessary rights and permissions.
Users remain responsible for the content they provide.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending VCCI Expo events, participants acknowledge that photography, video recording and media coverage may occur.
Such materials may be used for:
- Company Profiles
- Marketing Materials
- Business Information
- Event Applications
- Networking Content
By submitting content, users confirm they possess the necessary rights and permissions.
Users remain responsible for the content they provide.
Third-Party Services
VCCI Expo may integrate with third-party services including:
- Payment Providers
- Event Platforms
- Analytics Services
- Networking Tools
- CRM Systems
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCCI Expo shall not be liable for:

Participation in events and use of services is undertaken at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
Indemnification

- Misrepresentation

Privacy

Force Majeure
VCCI Expo shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Termination
